Perforated Plate

Tried and tested Perforated Plates for a range of media

Perforated Plates may seem like a small piece of the puzzle in the grand scheme of things, but as you are well aware, day-to-day operations rely on their effectiveness. They are critical to ensuring that your product can be screened quickly, accurately and effectively.

Key Benefit

Strong and long wearing plates for maximum usage
Long wearing expand_more

The plates come in a variety of specifications meaning that there is a material and hole size to suit every application. This significantly reduces wear and tear and contamination as the perforated material being used with the chosen media is a match.

Variety of sizes and specifications expand_more

Of course samples processed at individual operations are different, which is why you get to choose from a variety of sizes and specifications. Much like our ability to guarantee a long wearing product, we can guarantee that with the right perforation you can ensure that your operations are seamless and that you never have to stop work due to a plate malfunction.

Reduced likelihood of blinding and pegging expand_more

By using the right style and sized aperture, the likelihood of blinding and pegging is reduced. Combining this with a high-quality product that is suited to your material means that you can operate at an optimal level all year round.

Product Features

Huge range of materials and aperture styles to meet your needs

When you partner with experts, you achieve new efficiencies and cost savings. Our range of perforated screen plates are created by a team of specialist technicians that specialise in creating perforated materials

The plates can perforate material with an ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of up to 750 MPa, and in sheet/plate thicknesses from 5.0 mm to 16 mm. We also offer an extensive range of aperture sizes from 5.0 mm to 250 mm diameter, dependent on the material type and thickness.

Choose from slots, square, hexagonal and oval apertures

The products meet ISO standards and the latest International Specifications that relate to aperture sizes and tolerances for all perforated materials. These may include the following: BS 1449 BS 1669 BS 7613 ISO 10630.

Our perforated materials come in:

Steel

Low carbon steel is widely used, however it can be corrosive. These plates come in a bright galvanised finish.

Stainless steel

Suitable for most applications and is produced in different kinds of alloys. The most common steel contains ca. 18% chromium and 8% nickel (AISI 304). If extra precaution needs to be taken in regards to corrosion, a special alloy with molybdenum is recommended (AISI 316). If perforated material made from stainless steel is welded, the alloy should contain very low carbon or the steels should be stabilised with titanium or niob.

Bisalloy

With its durability and strong resistance to abrasion, Bisalloy steel is typically the first choice when it comes to jobs where an extreme potential for abrasion exists.

WHAT WE OFFER

High performance Perforated Plates

You want Perforated Plates to be long lasting and manufactured from materials suited to your screening task. You also want the ability to customise them to suit your operation’s needs.

These Perforated Plates come in a range of sizes, apertures and metal specifications to suit a range of mining and quarrying applications. They are highly reliable and completely customisable.

Our technicians work to create Perforated Plate screens that your operation requires. We can supply apertures in a round, square, rectangle, hexagon and slotted designs, with a plate thickness of 5.0 mm to 16 mm

Available in PIPO Two Modular screens, Pin System Modular screens, bolt-in-panels and tensionable screen forms, the Perforated Plates can have an ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of up to 750 MPa.

All our perforated materials reach international standards and come in high tensile steel, Bisalloy and stainless steels to suit a range of applications, and each screen is optimised to suit each application.

You will work with our qualified technicians to ensure you choose the right material and the right aperture to suit your individual needs. You will then have your Perforated Plate manufactured in a time-efficient manner so that your operations are never jeopardised.
